Lawson House Nursing Home is a family owned nursing home and are looking for Domestic staff to join our team.Roles and Responsibilities:Ensuring IPC cleaning standards are maintained throughout the nursing home within rooms and communal areas.Laundry duties were necessary.Reporting and faults of equipment/furnishings to manager on duty.Following daily schedules and completion of paperwork.Keeping all areas clean and tidy at all times.Assisting catering department, providing meals and refreshments to residents.Assisting chef in daily scheduled duties along with completion of paperwork.Maintaining confidentiality at all times essential.Skills and Experience:Domestic experience in similar environment an advantageHCCAP qualified & Manual Handling an advantage, but not necessary training can be providedBenefits:Uniforms providedMonthly rosterShifts on a rota basis including weekends.Hours 6 hours - 8 hours per day as per rosterJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: €13.50-€14.00 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingLanguage:English (required)Work Location: In person
