French Speaking Customer Service Agent – Greece
Mercier Consultancy Medical is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece with fully paid relocation.
Pay

Responsibilities
* Assist French‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about products and services.
* Provide detailed explanations of product features, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service and follow‑up.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about new products, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
* Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Requirements
* Fluency in French (both written and spoken); English proficiency is beneficial.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in an international or dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
