Working Pattern: 8-hour shifts across AM/PM, 24/7 production environment
Weekend Work: 1 weekend per month required
Salary: €32,000 - €37,000 (DOE)

The Role
Staffline Recruitment is seeking a Labour Planner to join Keelings' operations team in Dublin. This role plays a critical part in scheduling, monitoring, and optimising labour resources across a 24/7 production environment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
Working closely with Operations, Logistics, and Recruitment teams, the Labour Planner will support mid- to long-term workforce planning while maintaining accurate reporting, records, and compliance with Working Time legislation.
Key Responsibilities
7. Plan and schedule labour to meet short-, mid- and long-term production demands
8. Monitor workforce deployment against production plans, ensuring efficiency and cost control
9. Ensure the right skills and headcount are in place across multiple business units
10. Maintain compliance with Working Time legislation and internal controls
11. Produce workforce reports, metrics, and action plans
12. Prepare weekly payroll data, including hours worked and absence reporting (agency and direct staff)
13. Maintain accurate staff records and documentation
14. Support change initiatives, process improvements, and systems testing
15. Carry out monthly audits and compliance checks
16. Coordinate transport, accommodation, and agency staffing requirements
Essential Criteria
17. Fluent written and spoken English
18. Advanced MS Excel and strong general IT skills
19. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
20. Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work on own initiative
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. Flexible to work across a 24/7, 7-day production environment, with additional hours as required
23. Strong team player with a professional approach
