Apartment Development Manager (New Build)


Job Overview

Manage the delivery of a significant new build apartment development in Limerick. Oversee all aspects, from groundworks to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.


Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day project management on large-scale residential projects
* Leadership and team management
* Quality control and assurance
* Safety protocol implementation and enforcement

Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and maintaining a safe working environment.


Requirements

* At least 5 years' experience in site or project management
* Proven track record of managing successful new build apartment developments
* Excellent knowledge of Irish construction regulations and practices
* Strong communication and leadership skills

A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
