* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care tailored to each patient's needs.
* Educate and support patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure safe, effective care, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the treatment process.
* Build strong relationships with patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, acquired brain injury, and progressive neurological disease, promoting optimal outcomes and quality of life.
