Trade Counter Salesperson
to join the company. This is an exciting role ideal for someone looking to get off the tools and work with customers within the construction Industry.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Liaise with customers and clients in a large Heating and Plumbing Builders providers.
* Offer assistance and advice to tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts with projects.
* Maintain awareness of current and new product launches within the sector.
* Attend trade shows when required.
* Negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
* Take inbound sales calls and upsell where possible.
* Keep up top date on stock and branch requirements.
* Work as part of a team and provide guidance to younger staff where required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Experience in Heating and Plumbing Construction materials.
* Strong Product knowledge, preferably coming from a construction background
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
