You'll design and execute test cases, identify and document bugs, collaborate with development teams, and contribute to ongoing process improvement within the QA function.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on requirementsPerform functional, regression, and integration testingIdentify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolutionCollaborate with developers and product owners to refine requirements and designsAutomate repetitive test tasks using appropriate frameworks and toolsAnalyse results, create reports, and maintain testing documentationParticipate in requirement reviews and contribute to risk assessmentSupport continuous improvement of QA practices and processesWhat You Need2–3 years' experience in software testing or quality assuranceStrong grasp of SDLC and STLCProficiency with testing tools, frameworks, and methodologiesExperience in both manual and automated testingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplinePreferred (but not essential)Experience with SQL for database testingFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesTesting certifications (e.g. ISTQB, CSTE)Background in ERP systems or related applicationsIf you're a detail-oriented tester who takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality software — and you want to grow your career in a modern, people-first environment — this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
