Warehouse Operative - Ashbourne

Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in a timely manner
* Load and unload delivery vehicles, adhering to safe lifting techniques and guidelines
* Maintain stock inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization
* Ability to build solid safe pallets
* Ensure all deliveries are checked in and out accurately from the warehouse
* Ensure that Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures are followed at all times
* Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
* Participate in routine stock checks and report discrepancies
* Work closely with team members to achieve warehouse targets and goals
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
* Forklift certification is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items safely
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
