About the Role: The Sourcing Manager, Professional Services IT executes the overall category strategy and leads the sourcing process for professional services IT in partnership with IT executive leadership.
Responsibilities
* Establish strong relationships with IT leadership and business stakeholders; develop a deep understanding of strategic direction, requirements and priorities across assigned spend categories.
* Monitor trends and best practices for professional services IT suppliers, including supplier landscape and relevant regulatory changes impacting the category.
* Build and lead an enterprise global strategic supplier program and develop the professional services vendor management strategy, including governance, risk management, performance management, issue resolution, service delivery, and cost optimization across assigned suppliers. Facilitate executive briefings and vendor reviews.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
* 10+ years of experience in sourcing and negotiating professional services IT agreements in a similar industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Business, Supply Chain).
* Strong issue spotting, stakeholder education, and negotiation influence skills.
* Proven leadership of complex supplier contracting with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Deep knowledge of best-in-class Sourcing, Contracting and Vendor Management processes.
