Senior Hospitality Supervisor Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ensure that all aspects of hotel cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards.
* Liaise with reception services to coordinate room allocation.
* Arrange laundry and linen supplies for the department.
* Plan, organize, control, and monitor workload to optimize efficiency.
* Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to ensure high-quality housekeeping standards.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate projects for guest rooms.
