Chef de Partie – High-End Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven chef to work with exceptional seasonal produce and contribute to a creative, high-performing kitchen environment.
About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your section to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
You will work closely with the senior kitchen team and support the development of junior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of your section (Starters, Sauté, or Grill)Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standardMaintain excellent organisation and cleanliness of your sectionWork efficiently under pressure and within service timesUphold all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsAssist with training and mentoring commis chefs and demi chefs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or fine-dining restaurantAbility to confidently run sections such as Starters, Sauté, and GrillStrong understanding of modern cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients, Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailA positive, team-focused attitude and passion for food
