Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Employment Relations Consultant to provide exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work with a talented team, delivering high-quality HR solutions across various sectors.
This role demands a deep understanding of HR law and best practices, combined with a commercial perspective to effectively support and advise clients.
The Role
Offer expert HR & Employment Law guidance to clients.
Design and implement tailored HR solutions for diverse industries.
Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues.
Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on Employment Law and HR trends.
Create and present content for seminars and training workshops.
Contribute to developing new compliance products.
Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
Review and advise on client policies to ensure legal compliance.
Draft content for employment law publications.
Perform other duties as required.
What You Bring to the Team
Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years in an HR role with experience in policy and procedural advice.
In-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings.
Strong commercial acumen and adaptability.
Proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills.
Team player with a proactive, innovative approach.
Proficient in Windows and computer applications.
Own transport with a full clean driving license and appropriate insurance.
