We are looking for an
Installation Administrator
to join our Team based in our
Limerick
Office for Maternity Cover on a Fixed-term contract.
In this vital role, you will act as the backbone of our daily operations, coordinating administrative tasks, optimising workflows, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient workspace. You Will Be Responsible For
* Look after the issuing of relevant emails in relation to the current status of a project
* Completing warranty contracts for newly installed lifts
* Preparing site documents for signing and issuing to clients
* Preparing erector pack manuals for sites
* Issuing of material PO's
* Uploading of timesheets for engineers
* Maintain high work performance, attendance and punctuality.
* Work closely with the Installation Director & Project Managers

Ideal Candidate
* 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite –Outlook/ Word / Excel
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management.
* Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of commitment & motivation.
