Director recruiting Architectural, Surveying & Project Management professionals
A leading architecture studio in Dublin, renowned for its innovative designs and high profile projects are seeking to appoint a Director level Architect to the management team. They have a strong presence in the market, an excellent reputation and an exciting portfolio spanning residential, leisure, hospitality, retail and commercial developments.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious Senior level Architect with a strong understanding of the Irish architectural market (essential) to take a leadership role within the practice.
The ideal Architect will excel in both client-facing and technical capacities, with proven experience in design, project delivery, and business development and play a key role in shaping the future of the studio.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee all project stages ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner to meet clients expectations
* Represent the practice at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings
* Leverage knowledge of the market to identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, and bring in new work
* Lead projects across residential, leisure, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors
* Uphold and advance the studio’s reputation for high-quality design and innovative solutions
* Coordinate projects with various teams and stakeholders
* Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications and Skills
* RIAI / RIBA registered Architect with in excess of 10 years experience, and a proven track record of delivering projects in the local market
* Demonstrate expertise across residential, leisure, hospitality or commercial projects
* Strong business development skills and an ability to build lasting client relationships
* Excellent design skills with the ability to lead and mentor team
* In-depth technical knowledge, including proficiency with Irish building codes and standards
* Competency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe suite is desired
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
