Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support a major IT transformation project. This is an excellent opportunity for a early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a large scale it transformation project within a financial services environment. You will work closely with the Delivery lead and Cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist the Delivery Leader or Programme Management in planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Stakeholder Communication
Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including IT, functional departments, and external vendors.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and action trackers.
Issue and Risk Management
Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues as required, supporting mitigation planning. Be proactive and creative in identifying solutions and align them with major stakeholders. Provide or support the necessary quantitative analysis.
Resource Scheduling
Help coordinate resources and schedules to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Quality Assurance
Support the delivery lead in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute ideas for process improvements and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Role and Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in IT/STEM, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
 * 1–2 years' experience in a project support capacity
 * Understanding of project management methodologies
 * Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel) and project management tools
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Terms & Conditions:
This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days a week on site at the Liffey Valley Office. Compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures and adherence to the Volkswagen Financial Services Code of Conduct is mandatory.
