We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements within our Packaging department.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive operational excellence through data analysis and process optimization.
* Lead the governance and monitoring of equipment performance.
* Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement continuous improvements.
About the Role: Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of GMPs, safety regulations, and Operational Excellence tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC. They should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with OEE and packaging systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage complex processes with minimal supervision.
