Role Overview
Kare Plan is a family-run organisation providing home care services across Ireland, primarily supporting elderly clients. We are currently recruiting a Junior HR Administrator to join our HR team based in Kilbarrack, Dublin 5.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to learn, grow, and begin a career in Human Resources.
This is a full-time, office-based role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support HR Compliance by assisting with the management of employee documentation, including contracts, visas, Garda Vetting, and other mandatory requirements.
* Maintain and update internal HR databases, trackers, and records.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and compliance checks.
* Respond to employee HR queries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* Perform general HR administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous understanding of the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
* Strong willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail, especially in handling documentation and compliance processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in English is essential
