Childcare Assistant Level 5 to 9 Required

Salary: €3,000.00 Full-Time
We are currently hiring a flexible, experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner to work as a Childcare Assistant in our Creche. We are looking for a full-time as well as part-time person with at least FETAC 5 level experience. Salary up to €3,200 available to a suitable candidate with FETAC 9 level.
Typical Roles & Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the individual needs of children are identified and met to the highest standards.
* Adhering to company policies, procedures and operational practices at all times with particular attention paid to occupational Health and Safety.
* Ensuring positive working relationships are developed and maintained with children, staff and parents.
The successful candidate must have:
* A Childcare Degree Qualification Award Level 6 or higher from a recognised body.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a childcare setting.
* A desire to learn progressively throughout your career.
* Knowledge of working with the Aistear Curriculum and Siolta quality Framework.
* Manual Handling and Occupational First Aid certificate would be an advantage.
* Good communication skills: fluency in both spoken and written English.
