Position Summary
Development Administrator – Office based, Full time (37 hours per week), Contract Permanent. Reporting to: New Business & Property Development Manager.
Responsibilities
Provide general administration support to the Development Team including scanning documents, postage, file management, and stationery requirements.
Manage the team diaries, monitor and redirect incoming e‑mails from third parties.
Organise team and other meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging accommodation and travel.
Collate agendas for meetings, take minutes and circulate minutes.
Assist with managing funding submissions and follow‑up with external and internal stakeholders.
Maintain information and records, prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.
Support delivery of in‑house projects, maintain soft filing systems and a directory of template documents.
Maintain directories of external stakeholder contact details.
Prepare reports and submissions for Tuath's Board meetings.
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma and/or minimum one year of experience.
Experience of taking minutes of confidential and sensitive meetings.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience in a non‑profit organisation (desirable).
Experience working with the public in a customer‑oriented environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of composing letters, memos and reports.
Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Good organisational and time‑management skills.
Willingness to participate on forums, working groups or committees as required.
