Position Summary -
* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Operations Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities -
* Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement
* Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications -
* Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
* Collaboration and teamwork
