Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Mental Health Specialist. Responsibilities include providing support and care for individuals facing mental health challenges, conducting thorough assessments, coordinating case management, and contributing to crisis intervention plans. The specialist will work directly with clients to offer therapeutic support, facilitate interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Mental Health Care and Mental Health support services
* Advanced knowledge in Psychology and experience with Case Management
* Skills and experience in effectively conducting Crisis Intervention and addressing urgent mental health needs
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client care and teamwork
* Licensed or certified in mental health-related fields is preferred
* Ability to work empathetically and build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is highly desirable
