Finishing Foreman – Residential Development

We're recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a large-scale residential development in Sligo (200+ high-spec units), on behalf of a well-established developer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trades background, excellent attention to detail, and solid experience delivering high-quality finishes on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee finishing works on-site to a high standard
* Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors
* Ensure quality control across all internal and external finishes
* Work through snag lists and address issues raised by buyers
* Liaise with site management to ensure deadlines and standards are met
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site environment
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on housing or apartment projects
* Trades background (carpentry, plastering, etc.) preferred
* Excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality
* Able to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight deadlines
* Strong communication and organisational skills
