Accounts Administrator A well-established company in Co Meath is seeking a temporaryAccounts Administrator to join their team.
This role is office-based and the client can offer between ***** hours a week Part Time client can be flexible with days and hours.
Duration of assignment is 6 months, with a view to going permanent.
Candidates must have 2-3 years accounts and office administration experience Salary & Benefits: €***** euro per hour Car parking Great team atmosphere Canteen Part time On Site Responsibilities of Role: Answering phone and responding to emails Supporting Accounts Payable by processing supplier invoices Supporting Payroll Operations by preparing and running reports Managing fleet arrangements, including booking vehicle servicing and maintenance Providing general administrative support to the team as required Filing, scanning, and organising documents Experience in credit control would be an advantage, but is not essential Requirements For Role: 2 years of experience as an accounts administrator Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
