They provide a wide range of products and services, from custom automation solutions to contract manufacturing and precision engineering, into a wide variety of market sectors including the automotive, aerospace and life science sectors.
As a sign of their continued success, they now seek to hire a new Mechanical Design Engineer in Limerick!
THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be site-based in Limerick and will have the following duties: Developing the initial concepts and carrying out design works using Solidworks and AutoCAD.
Liaising with clients to understand requirements and specifications.
Assisting with procurement of materials and management of product costings.
THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Mechanical design experience in manufacturing is essential.
3+ years' experience using Solidworks/AutoCAD in a professional, client-centred role is a requirement.
Prior experience in design of fixtures/structures or in fabrication/automation companies is extremely advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 DOE LOCATION: Limerick All candidates living within a commutable distance to Limerick are encouraged to apply!
