We're partnering with an Irish-headquartered multinational in the FMCG sector to hire a
Group Tax Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to join a global finance function, work on complex cross-border matters, and contribute to long-term capital planning and M&A activity.
The role responsibilities will include:
* Leading global corporate tax compliance and assisting with consolidated tax reporting under FRS102 and IFRS
* Supporting the implementation and documentation of global transfer pricing policies
* Advising on succession planning, intergenerational asset transfers, and capital tax matters
* Providing tax input on acquisitions, due diligence, and international expansion initiatives
* Driving tax process improvements, including automation and tax technology implementation
The requirements:
* 5–7 years' experience in corporate tax, tax compliance, VAT, and transfer pricing
* Strong understanding of global tax regulations and experience preparing tax provisions under FRS102/IFRS
* Exposure to capital tax planning and/or private wealth advisory
* Experience supporting M&A transactions, including structuring and integration
* Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA) and strong Excel/tax software skills
