The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key strategic role in supporting hotel leadership teams across all people-related matters.
This position ensures the hotel attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with Irish employment legislation and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Requirements
Masters in HR
3 Years hands on experience with a HRIS called MITRE Finch TMS
3 Years hands on experience in an Irish Hospitality Setting
1 Year hands on experience working with a Traditional Irish Show
