Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and vendor coordination.
* Support the relocation to our new Leixlip Innovation Hub.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with HR documentation.
* Coordinate recruitment, on boarding, and employee queries.
* Organise meetings, events, and training sessions.
About You
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in HR support.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
* Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
