GO Systems, within Product and Regulatory Operations (PRO), comprises a technically-minded team working to develop and execute a strategy for unified, interoperable infrastructure across Global Operations (GO). GO Systems enables production workflow maturity within the tooling dimension for GO by identifying appropriate tooling strategies to solve business problems and partnering with key engineering partners to execute against those strategies.We are looking for a full-time software developer to join us. Our full stack developers help to scale and mature our tech stack by implementing new features, and last mile code changes, removing engineering bottlenecks across our various products.
ResponsibilitiesExtend our internal platforms and systems by building workflows and high-quality tools that enable operations to scaleCode using primarily PHP/Hack and JavaScript/ReactGuide design and code reviewsUse software engineering skill sets to drive meaningful business impact by looking at problems through an operational lensSupport vibecoding across OperationsBusiness case development to support new and improved processes for consumers, businesses and partners that leverage our productsWork extensively with our cross-functional stakeholders like engineering, product management, legal, partnerships, business development and marketingDrive and measure tool health, while supporting bug and incident management processesCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities with stakeholders and influence organizational roadmapsGather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall support experience
Minimum QualificationsCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining MetaBA / BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or international equivalent3+ years of programming experience developing end-to-end systems spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure (Full Stack)Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experienceExperience working across a global multicultural and multilingual team, solving problems and designing business operations from scratchExperience communicating with cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical audiences)
Preferred QualificationsExperience with customer support/operations software-oriented projectsExperience working in a technology company, consulting firm or a equivalent productive environmentKnowledgeable in driving solutions for global operational teamsExperience with scrum and agile methodologies in delivering roadmapsExperience with AI technologiesExperience of consistently working under your own initiative and prioritization of work with minimal inputExperience with process change management or process improvementExperience with internal tool development incorporating WFM knowledge and bug managementProven collaboration and communication skills across a global team
