An exciting opportunity has opened for a Software Test Team Lead to join a growing team working on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical testing skills with a natural ability to lead, mentor, and drive quality across software delivery.

As a test team leader, you will take ownership of test planning, execution, and process improvement while helping to shape testing strategy across a range of projects. You will lead and support a team of testers through project delivery cycles, define, implement, and maintain effective test strategies, oversee both manual and automated test execution, collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met, and encourage best practices and continuous improvement within the testing process.
