What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Lead, coach, motivate and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Oversee career development and advancement of team members.
Report on results and performance.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
Align closely with marketing and sales leadership stakeholders.
Who You Are
Experience leading, hiring & developing a high‑performance SaaS sales or SDR team.
Knowledge of a modern sales and marketing technology stack.
Data‑driven and analytical, able to articulate insights to senior leaders.
Excellent written & verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
Highly motivated, driven & self‑starting in a fast‑paced team environment.
Excellent time‑management & organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Fluency in French or Italian.
