This team is at the heart of Lidl's unique retail model, which relies on a constantly updated range of non-food items like DIY tools, home goods, textiles and seasonal products. Planners in this department manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial market analysis and quantity planning to supplier negotiation and in-store placement.
