Company Secretary for a Funds Environment
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to support our clients in the funds industry.
The role will involve:
* Preparation of minutes, resolutions and associated documentation;
* Maintenance and update of statutory records and client database;
* Liaison with Companies Registration Offices and various other parties;
* Use of the CBI ONR system;
* Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified ICSA;
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational skills, ability to work on your own initiative as required and also as part of a team;
* Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role within a funds environment.
