The business is scaling rapidly through both organic growth and acquisitions, and the HR function plays a central role in supporting that journey.As HR Business Partner, you'll sit within the Group Office and work closely with a highly professional and demanding client group, providing full employee lifecycle support. Reporting to the HR Director based in London, you'll be a key contributor to the HR strategy for the Dublin office while also supporting colleagues across several international locations.The role blends hands‑on operational HR with broader generalist responsibilities. You'll partner closely with HR Operations to ensure processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with business needs. You'll help ensure employees are developed, supported, measured, and enabled to perform at their best. There will also be involvement in restructuring activity and ongoing change initiatives as newly acquired businesses are integrated. In addition, you'll take ownership of established training academies and help maintain and roll them out across the global organisation.To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate experience within a highly professional HR environment - ideally in financial or professional services, though adjacent sectors such as technology or pharma would also be a strong fit. You'll be confident working with senior and challenging stakeholders and committed to delivering work of the highest standard.
