 * Manage front-of-house duties including phone, email and in-person interactions.
 * Provide support to solicitors and legal staff including administrative tasks.
 * Handle sensitive matters with empathy and discretion.
 * Perform tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
 * Maintain and organise case records and files both physically and digitally.
 * Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
