Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a legal environment, with a strong focus on client care, confidentiality and efficiency.

* Manage front-of-house duties including phone, email and in-person interactions.
* Provide support to solicitors and legal staff including administrative tasks.
* Handle sensitive matters with empathy and discretion.
* Perform tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
* Maintain and organise case records and files both physically and digitally.
* Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
