Key Responsibilities: As a Key Account Manager, you will: Manage and Grow Accounts: Cultivate and expand key customer accounts in the Cork region, building long-term, strategic relationships that drive mutual growth. Be the Go-To Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support for service and supply inquiries. Deliver Excellence: Ensure the delivery of our client's Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions meets high standards and is tailored to the specific needs of each client. Conduct Stock Checks: Perform weekly replenishment stock checks on client sites and coordinate deliveries based on findings. Handle Inquiries: Manage client inquiries from initial contact to sourcing and supply, liaising with suppliers and the procurement team. Provide Insights: Share monthly reports with client stakeholders in the first week of each month, highlighting performance and value. Organise Reviews: Plan and present at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess progress and explore opportunities. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with finance to keep client accounts up to date and resolve any invoicing issues. Identify Improvements: Spot opportunities for enhancement within customer supply chains and propose innovative solutions. Monitor Performance: Track account performance, prepare insightful reports, and present value-driven insights to clients. Focus on Growth: Drive margin and sales growth through strategic account management. About You: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Relevant Experience: Background in account management, customer service, or supply chain/logistics, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Detail Orientation: Highly organised, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to solving client challenges and a commitment to continuous improvement.
