The Role:
Advise on a broad range of general corporate lending transactions
Work on real estate finance, development finance, acquisition finance, and asset-based lending matters
Act for both lenders and borrowers across domestic and cross-border transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate loan and security documentation
Work closely with partners and clients, taking real ownership of matters
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the finance practice
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or England & Wales) at Associate or Senior Associate level
Experience in banking & finance or general corporate lending gained in a reputable law firm
Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to client advice
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
Team-oriented, ambitious, and keen to grow with a progressive firm
