The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering multiple construction projects across both Northern and Southern Ireland with a primary focus on projects in the North.
You will be responsible for cost control, value engineering, contract administration, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Conduct valuations, negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor accounts Ensure all work complies with contractual and legal obligations Work independently and take ownership of commercial functions Provide support and reporting to senior management What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Senior QS role.
