Oliver James have partnered with an international reinsurance organisation to recruit for a Head of Payments.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that ensures the sufficient balances and payment processing as well as lead a team and work closely with senior stakeholders of the business to ensure global regulations are controlled and risks mitigated.
Additional Responsibilities;
1. Lead and mentor a team across 5 different locations.
2. Development of implement a global payments processes and strategy.
3. Ensure compliance with the regulations related to payments and identify new technologies.
4. Analyse the payment data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications;
5. Bachelors degree in finance, business or economics.
6. 10+ years experience in payments, collections or reinsurance accounting or financial operations.
7. At least 5 years experience in leadership roles.
