**Automation Systems Engineer Position**
We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing an OEE system using OSI Pi, which connects to production lines through Kepware OPC.
Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and analyze PLC data to ensure it meets the requirements for OEE reporting and dashboard generation.
* Develop and implement code modifications to extract necessary PLC data.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve connection issues between PLC tags and Kepware.
* Participate in design reviews and testing to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems with OSI Pi.
* Develop and manage change requests and impact assessments for implementing code modifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* BS degree in Industry Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience and demonstrated competence.
* Minimum 5 years of automation systems engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Expertise in PLC programming, particularly with Rockwell systems.
* Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance.
