Estimator – Roofing & Cladding (Fully Remote)

Integrity Roofing & Cladding Limited is a specialist roofing and cladding contractor delivering high-quality projects across Ireland and Europe.
We are now seeking an experienced Roofing and Cladding Estimator to join our growing commercial team in a fully remote role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on technically challenging projects while enjoying the flexibility of remote working.
The Role
As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for roofing, cladding, and façade projects. Working closely with the commercial and project teams, you will play a key role in securing new work and supporting the continued growth of the business.
This is a fully remote position, with regular online collaboration and occasional site or office visits as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
* Measure and quantify works from drawings and specifications
* Review architectural, structural, and technical drawings
* Analyse project specifications and contract requirements
* Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors
* Build up rates, preliminaries, and margins
* Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options
* Support bid reviews and tender handovers to project teams
* Maintain accurate records of estimates and pricing data
Requirements
* Degree or qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred)
* 3+ years' experience in estimating, preferably within roofing and cladding
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
* Experience with cladding systems
* Knowledge of rainscreen façade systems
* Proficient in Excel and estimating software
* Excellent ability to interpret drawings and specifications
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup
