Responsibilities:

2. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Project Coordination: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring timely completion of projects.
4. Quality Control: Inspect and monitor work in progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Trade background with extensive experience in construction management.
