This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading international brand known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and regulatory excellence.
This role will support new product development, regulatory compliance, and technical affairsensuring products meet the highest standards in quality, safety, and documentation.
Ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, solid documentation skills, and a background in food science, agriculture, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities: Product Specifications: Develop and manage product specifications in line with industry regulations.
Quality Control & Batch Release: Oversee QC procedures and coordinate batch releases with manufacturing partners.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes, ensuring audit readiness.
Quality Systems & SOPs: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and Quality Management Systems.
Regulatory Documentation: Prepare technical documentation to support international product registrations and order processing.
Pack Copy & Translation Management: Ensure packaging copy is accurate, compliant, and properly translated for global markets.
What Were Looking For: A degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
Experience with Quality Management Systems such as BRC or ISO22000 is highly advantageous.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Additional Info: This is a temporary, full-time role expected to last 6 months, with potential for extension or permanency.
The position is based in Co. Wicklow and offers hybrid working flexibility.
