A leading European financial institution is seeking a Director – Corporate Banking (Industrials) to lead strategy, client coverage and portfolio growth across Europe.
The Role
* Lead and develop client relationships with large, multi -regional corporates in the Consumer, Industrial and Retail sectors.
* Drive revenue growth through cross -border financing, structured lending and strategic advisory solutions.
* Oversee a small, high -performing team, ensuring robust credit quality, disciplined portfolio management and compliance with governance standards.
* Collaborate with global product and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions across markets.
Requirements
o 10+ years' experience in corporate or investment banking, ideally with sector exposure to Consumer, Industrial or Retail clients.
o Strong credit, financial modelling and transaction execution skills.
o Proven leadership and relationship management experience with large corporates.
o Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFA or ACA preferred; additional European language a plus.
