About This Role
The Sales Development Manager will take charge of growing the relationship with dealer partners across the south of the country.
This role requires experience within an automotive financing environment and strong communication and relationship skills. You will also be a self-starter comfortable working in a busy and flexible environment, managing your own time and schedule to build new relationships with dealership partners.

Main Responsibilities
* Grow the relationship with dealer partners across the south of the country
* Continue to grow and nurture current relationships by acting as the trusted advisor to current and new dealer partners
* Ensure key performance indicators are met, setting action plans and measurable objectives to maximise sales objectives
Requirements
* Experience within an automotive financing environment
* A financial qualification or willingness to upskill and gain relevant experience
* A strong background in sales, business development, and achieving KPIs
* Strong communication and relationship skills
* Self-starting ability, comfortable working in a busy and flexible environment
