As a Software Development Graduate at Susquehanna, you will work with senior technologists from the start, with mentors throughout the programme, and you will join development teams building cutting-edge technologies.
You will work with software developers who focus on evolving a stable, scalable, optimized environment with minimized risk. Our team of analysts, developers, infrastructure engineers and support specialists design, deliver and optimize industry-leading technical solutions that process large data sets with high performance and stability.
What We\u2019re Looking For
Who you are:
* Technical: Strong software development skills in an object-oriented language (we use C#, C++ & Python). Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.
* Problem Solver: Uses clear, data-driven reasoning to arrive at sensible solutions.
* Curious: Eager to learn and develop new technologies; inquisitive and creative, questioning the status quo.
* Communicator: Enjoys building relationships, sharing ideas, and listening to others.
* Ambitious: Sets goals and works hard to reach full potential.
* Education: Final year student in a STEM-related bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree. Prior experience in finance or trading is not required.
