Who you are:
Technical:
Strong software development skills in an object-oriented language (we use C#, C++ & Python).
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.
Problem Solver:
Uses clear, data-driven reasoning to arrive at sensible solutions.
Curious:
Eager to learn and develop new technologies; inquisitive and creative, questioning the status quo.
Communicator:
Enjoys building relationships, sharing ideas, and listening to others.

Education:
Final year student in a STEM-related bachelor\u****s or master\u****s degree.
Prior experience in finance or trading is not required.
