Administration & PA Support
Salary and Benefits:

* Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (flexibility in hours)
* Hybrid working options once training is completed & trust is established
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide PA support to the Partner including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and general correspondence.
* Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee general office administration, ensuring efficient daily operations.
* Administer and maintain the company’s HR system (86 staff) — including timesheet management and employee data updates.
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Support with internal communications and assist in organising company events or meetings.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or PA role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Experience administering HR systems or timesheets is a strong advantage.
