About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and elevate all aspects of golf operations at our prestigious club. As Golf Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily golf operations, including cart fleet management, caddie coordination, practice facilities, on-course flow, golf events, and member services.
* Maintain and elevate service standards by developing and refining operational procedures.
* Collaborate with the Course Superintendent to maintain optimal playing conditions, communicating course updates clearly and professionally to members and guests.
* Manage department budgets responsibly, ensuring efficiency and quality are delivered in tandem.
* Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing golf experience team that reflects our values of service, integrity, and passion for the game.
About You:
We are looking for a proven leader with extensive experience in managing golf experiences within a high-end golf club or resort. You should have a deep understanding of the game, including the Rules of Golf, tournament formats, and handicapping systems.
