Job Description
We are seeking applications for a Conference & Banqueting Porter at Cavan Crystal Hotel, a luxury 4* hotel in County Cavan.

Responsibilities
* Prepare conference rooms and event spaces, arranging furniture, equipment and décor to a high standard.
* Assist guests with setting up IT equipment, sound systems and AV equipment, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.
* Provide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with luggage and answering queries.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces and public areas.
* Assist with linen and other deliveries and maintain storage areas.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure events run seamlessly and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Available to work up to 5 days per week midweek & weekends all year.
* Customer focused with an eye for detail.
* Proficient with IT and previous experience.
* Ideally have experience working in a Hotel.
