Senior Recruitment Consultant
At Morgan Mc Kinley, we're looking for a talented professional to join our Technology Projects and Change team in Dublin. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the whole recruitment process. You'll meet new clients by various sales techniques, discover their needs and source candidates using multiple methods like job portals and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving monthly fee targets through effective business development activity
* Sourcing candidates via advertising, search networks interviewing selecting assessing candidate prospects.
* Developing maintaining expert knowledge of specialist sectors markets recruited within Preparing clients interviewees enhancing all client candidate relationships on database systems ensuring data accuracy across information managed.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in sales or recruitment with strong organisational skills communication interpersonal influencing qualities entrepreneurial spirit confident attitude meeting tight deadlines.
