 
        
        Workshop Process Administrator
The Workshop Process Support role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of workshop processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase productivity and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Complete 2nd stage job pack quality control, ensuring all completed jobs have full job packs submitted.
 * Create accurate and timely quotations for workshop jobs.
 * Manage Invoice queries, seeking out the right information to satisfy an accurate and timely reply.
 * Process all claim returns/queries for both bus & truck ensuring the process is rigidly applied and timeframes adhered to.
 * Attend daily WIP meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
 * Strong technical understanding and awareness.
 * Excellent administration ability.
 * Excellent time management to complete tasks, follow up and close off queries.
 * Ability to challenge people to steer them to comply with process.
 * Problem-Solving skills.
 * Strong Communication & Collaboration ability.
